At the right price I trust, it looks fully functional and the roof ridge looks straight. Looks like it has one or two side doors, but does it have an end door to give the bus working room? An exhaust fan and vents will help in the summer.

No end doors, What i really want to do is remove all the exterior, replace it with new and then recover it with all the old metal. I want the shabby, there's nothing to steal in here exterior look. :D

I think that shop is a great starting structure. I don't know what zoning issues you might have faced, but you avoid all that crap with the existing building

Judging by the entry door, you have good wall and roof height.

Like someone observed, now you just have to fill it up with neat stuff.

I closed on the property Tuesday, I love paying in cash. (2) 200 amp services. The real work will begin Saturday.
